Arcova Dynamics may suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.
Accounts & Registration

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Trusted Contacts
Arcova Kinetic allows you to add trusted contacts who may receive alerts during emergencies.
By adding contacts, you confirm that you have permission to share their information and understand alerts may include your location or safety status.
Arcova Dynamics is not responsible for how your contacts use or respond to alerts.
Safety Limitations
Arcova Kinetic is designed to assist with personal safety — not replace emergency services or professional protection.
No safety system is perfect. Alerts may be delayed, suppressed, or fail due to device settings, connectivity, or permissions.
You remain responsible for your personal safety. Arcova Dynamics is not liable for incidents occurring while using or relying on the app.
Software Updates
We may release updates to improve performance, security, or features.
You agree to install updates promptly and allow automatic updates where supported. Some features may not function correctly without the latest version.

All content, branding, designs, and technology within Arcova Dynamics and Arcova Kinetic are owned by Arcova Dynamics.
